Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Motab3a mobile application (the “App”), a platform that connects fitness coaches and trainees. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have guardian consent).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. The Service

Motab3a connects fitness coaches and trainees. Coaches create workout and meal plans and communicate with their trainees; trainees log workouts and meals and track progress. Coaches are independent parties, not employees of Motab3a, and we do not endorse or guarantee any coach, plan, or result.

3. Not Medical Advice

The App, including any calorie or macro estimates and any content from coaches or the in-app assistant, is provided for general fitness and informational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or professional health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or diet program. You use the App and follow any plan at your own risk.

4. Business Accounts and Payments

The App is free of charge for trainees. No feature of the App is sold to trainees, and no purchase of any kind can be made inside the App.

Coach accounts are business accounts. A coaching business is onboarded under a separate written agreement negotiated directly between that business and our sales team, which sets the commercial terms, the account provisioning (including trainee capacity), and the payment method for that customer. Fees are invoiced and settled outside the App under that agreement.

5. User-Generated Content

The App lets you create content such as reviews, chat messages, profile details, and uploaded photos, videos, and voice notes (“Content”). You retain ownership of your Content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely to operate the App.

6. Reporting, Blocking & Moderation

• You can report objectionable Content or users from within the App (on reviews, coach profiles, and conversations) or by emailing support@motab3a.online.
• You can block a coach so their content is hidden from you.
• We review reports and may remove Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we aim to act on reports of objectionable Content promptly, typically within 24 hours.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App or reliance on any Content or coach.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
